Now, it's time for me to take a breather and relax a bit.
Time to look back to check some inspiration and obviously, I found this massive list of awesome knitting patterns.

I tried to get the photos few weeks ago, but the weather has not helped... it rained a lot and was cold here!

Eu não usei o fio recomendado, então eu fiquei em dúvida sobre o tamanho pequeno, se ficaria grande demais para vestir.
Então decidi reduzir o comprimento por cerca de 5 cm e para a frente do trabalho montei 150 pts, ao invés de 160 pts.

I don't used the recommended yarn, so I was in doubt about the small size, if it would be too big to wear.
Then I decide to reduce the length by about 5 cm and to the front of work, I casted on 150 sts instead of 160 sts.

Para uma amante de laces, como eu, é um pouco entediante tricotar em ponto malha, mas não pude resistir, esta combinação de cores é tão adorável!

To a lace lover, like me, is a bit boring to knit in stockinette stitch, but I couldn't resist, this color combination is so adorable!

Foi difícil obter um esquema de cores semelhantes como a receita original...
It was difficult to get an similar color scheme like the original pattern...

Um pulover bem tradicional para um homem jovem?!? Sim, é muito difícil encontrar isto!
Como sempre, a revista Phildar funcionou para mim. Mas nem tudo é tão fácil, tive que fazer algumas adaptações.

A very traditional pullover for a young man?!? Yeah, is very hard to find it!
Just like always, the Phildar magazine works for me. But not everything is so easy, I had to make some adaptations.

Tricotei no tamanho médio com intenção de deixar grande... faz algum sentido para você?
A razão disto é o fio! Ele é mais espesso que o sugerido pela receita, então fiz várias amostras para acertar o tamanho.
Além disso, incluí a ribana 2x2 por 15 carreiras.

I knit in medium size, with the intention to make the large size ... makes any sense to you?
The reason for this is the yarn! It's thicker than suggested by the pattern, then I knit several samples for to obtain the correct gauge.
Also, I include the rib 2x2 for 15 rows.

Embora a receita seja bastante simples, tem muitas técnicas na diminuição do raglan que quase me levaram à loucura.
Apenas imagine... diminuições utilizando 2 agulhas auxiliares no ponto barra.

Although the pattern is quite simple, has many techniques to decrease the raglan of which almost led me to madness.
Just imagine ... decrease using two cable needles in rib pattern.

Eu adorei a modelagem do raglan e a parte de trás dos ombros.
A receita teve uma atenção especial aos detalhes...

I loved the raglan shaping and the back of the shoulder.
The pattern had careful attention to details...

Este meu projeto está a um passo da desistência. Por quê? Isto não tem fim!!!
Para mim é muito monótono ter que tricotar em ponto malha, quase doloroso.
Então por enquanto ele ficará parado até me inspirar novamente.
Mas, como todo projeto agrega experiência. Então quero compartilhar uma com vocês.
Às vezes eu luto contra a receita. Tento entendê-la antes de fazer, mas acho melhor simplesmente fazê-la. Foi o que aconteceu…

This my project is a step of giving up. Why? This has no end!
For me it is very monotonous to have to knit in st st, almost painful.
For now it is hibernating until I inspire again.
But, like any project adds experience. So, I share one with you.
Sometimes I struggle against the pattern. I try to understand it before, but I think is better just do it. This happened...

É muito estranho, no início, a diferença de tamanho das agulhas e a suas trocas.
Comecei com a agulha 3 mm e depois de algumas carreiras troquei para 6 mm e depois novamente 3.25 mm.
Esta troca, para uma agulha maior, deixa uma linha de dobra para a barra.

Is very strange, in the beginning, the difference in size of needles and their changes.
I started with 3mm needle and after some rows I changed to 6mm and then again 3.25mm.
This exchange, for a larger needle, leave a fold line for the hem.

A parte interna foi feita com uma agulha menor para permitir uma costura sem sobras nos lados. Depois disto temos, voilà... a barra!!!
Simples, mas nem sempre é óbvio.

The inside was made with a smaller needle to allow a sewing without surplus in the sides. After that we have, voilà ... the hem!
Simple, but not always obvious.

A saga deste projeto foi árdua para mim desde o início.
Quando esta revista foi lançada, a capa foi o que me chamou a atenção.
Fiquei muito empolgada, mas com meus outros projetos em andamento deixei para comprá-la depois.
No momento que decidi fazê-lo, a revista estava esgotada temporariamente na Phildar.
Desesperos à parte, comprei-o na Knit'n'tyme, uma loja virtual localizado no Canadá.

The saga of this project was difficult for me since the beginning.
When the magazine was launched, the cover was what caught my attention.
I was very excited, but with my other projects, I left to buy it later.
When I decided to do so, the magazine was sold out temporarily from the Phildar.
Despair to the part, I bought it in Knit'n'tyme, a virtual store located in Canada.

Outro momento tenso: a escolha do fio! Pingouin Bella quase o mesmo fio que a receita, ou Pingouin Bruma na minha cor preferida? Escolhi Pingouin Bruma que já estava em meu estoque .

A receita inclui 2 pontos de borda adicionais, mas acidentalmente, me esqueci deles. O diagrama está sem estes 2 pontos. É confuso ter que lembrar deles olhando somente o diagrama. Se eu tivesse incluído-os provavelmente teria me perdido.
De qualquer forma, eles existem para facilitar a costura das peças.
As mangas ficaram um pouco curtas porque usei um fio diferente e não estiquei as peças com o vapor do ferro para se ajustarem ao tamanho da receita.

The pattern includes 2 additional selvedge sts, but accidentally I forgot them. The diagram is without these 2 sts. Is confusing having to remember them looking just the diagram. If I had included them would probably have me lost.
Anyway, they exist to facilitate the sewing of the pieces.
The sleeves were a little short because I used a different yarn and I don't stretch the pieces with the steam iron to fit the size of the pattern.

Eu usei esta técnica para aumentar os pontos no final da carreira.

I used this technique to increase the stitches at the end of row.

A receita não é difícil, apenas cheia de detalhes. Necessita de muita atenção na leitura do gráfico. Emoções são garantidas em cada carreira!

The pattern is not difficult, just so full of details. Needs a lot of attention in reading the chart. Emotions are guaranteed in each row!
