This is just what I was looking for! A great project for that gorgeous skein of Malabrigo yarn, given by my dear friend Annie, and I found it! My experience with this delightful yarn couldn't have been more better…
The Orchid Thief shawlette was designed for one-skein projects and it really takes only single skein:- I have exactly 8g of yarn left from my skein.

Acho que foi um grande desafio testar todos os meus conhecimentos lendo gráficos de tricô, porque eu me perdi na minha transição do gráfico 3 para o gráfico 4.
Mesmo eu terminando o gráfico 3, com a mesma quantidade de pontos que a receita, a folha principal não ficou alinhada com a coluna de laçadas duplas.
Se você estiver passando pela mesma coisa, talvez as minhas modificações serão úteis para você. Apenas deixe-me saber se não estou perdendo minha sanidade mental, por favor?

I think it was a great challenge to test all my knowledge reading knitting charts, because I got lost in my transition of chart 3 to chart 4.
Even I finished the chart 3 with the same sts as the pattern, the main leaf was not aligned with the column of double YO.
If you are going through the same thing, maybe my modifications will be helpful for you. Just let me know if I'm not losing my sanity, please?

Levou um longo tempo desde que eu comecei-o, precisamente há sete meses.
É muito difícil explicar isto porque eu sou um grande fã dos designs da Norah Gaughan...
Eu amei a receita, a cor, os círculos em três tamanhos diferentes, tudo.
Provavelmente eu perdi o meu foco com minha lista gigante de favoritos e intermináveis tricôs.

“Eternity” is the perfect word to describe this project.
It took a long time since I started it, precisely seven months ago.
It's quite hard to explain this because I'm a big fan of Norah Gaughan's designs...
I loved the pattern, the color, the circles in three different sizes, everything.
Probably I lost my focus with my giant list of fav and endless knits.

A parte mais difícil desse xale? Definitivamente é a costura das pequenas peças!
Foi demais para mim, e pode ser demasiado para outras tricoteiras também.

The hardest part of this shawl? Definitely is the sewing of these little pieces!
It was too much for me, and it might be too much for others knitters as well.

Tricô é uma linguagem universal. Podemos procurar pessoas pelo mundo inteiro com interesse em comum por projetos de tricô.
E é tão surpreendente quando encontramos alguém fazendo a mesma coisa, ainda mais quando este alguém é um amigo próximo!
Sim, minha grande amiga Annie terminou seu lindo xale High Line também. Inconscientemente, fizemos um KAL juntas!
Mas a razão para isto é bastante simples: este xale é absolutamente irresistível com esses padrões de lace!

Knitting is a universal language. We can search people over the world with interest in common with knitting projects.
And it's so amazing when we find someone else doing same thing, even more when someone is a close friend!
Yeah, my great friend Annie finished your beautiful High Line shawl too. Unconsciously, we did a KAL together!
But the reason for this is quite simple: this shawl is absolutely irresistible with these lace patterns!

Repeti o padrão do lace 5 vezes em vez de 4 para deixá-lo um pouco maior. É ligeiramente “oversized“ com comprimento agradável para uma estola.

I repeated the lace pattern 5 times instead of 4 to make it a bit bigger. It's slightly oversized with nice length for a stole.

Para seguir as tendências desta estação, resolvi tricotar novamente outro xale.
Este é simplesmente um charme! Como um acessório ele dá um toque especial em qualquer produção.
A receita do Ishbel, disponível aqui, possui 2 tamanhos. Eu fiz a versão menor, que chamei de "a preguiçosa".

To follow the trends this season, I decided knitting another shawl again.
This is simply a charm! As an accessory it gives a special touch to any production.
The pattern of Ishbel, available here, has 2 sizes. I did a smaller version, which called for "the lazy".

Usei 305m do fio Pingouin Noblesse 2629, um pouco mais grosso do que o sugerido.
Fiz a blocagem do xale e para reforçar mais o efeito das ondas usei o vapor do ferro na beirada com esta técnica.

I used 305M of Pingouin Noblesse 2629, a little thicker than the suggested.
I made the shawl blocking and to strengthen further the effect of waves, I used the steam iron on edge with this technique.
